Fitness Classes
Is motivation to exercise hard to come by? Would it help to have someone there telling you what to do each step of the way? Do you want to meet like minded people who you can enjoy getting fitter with?
If the answer to any of these questions is yes then Bollington Leisure Centre will have an instructor led fitness class for you.
If weight loss and fat burning is what you are looking for, look no further than our high energy classes from the great aerobic workout in Body Blitz, to the intense cardio Circuit Class, to the fat burning, muscle conditioning Stomp FX there is a full body workout waiting for you.
To tone and firm up join one of our Muscle Toning Classes from Legs Bums & Tums and Total Tone to getting wet with Aqua-Tone or have a 30 minute stomach session with Abs Blast; all these classes can help focus on getting all those body parts into the shape you desire.
If you prefer a more relaxed approach to getting healthier try one of our Holistic Classes – Hatha Yoga and Pilates will help with posture, flexibility and core strength, while focusing the mind on a fitter, firmer body. Additionally Modern Pilates is a progressive course which emphasises the precision of movement as well as spinal mobility and core strength.
With the exception of Modern Pilates all classes are run on a drop in basis and are included in all memberships, so call in and try one out!
Other available classes include Ju-Jitsu, Baby Ballet and Tap, Children’s Spanish Club, Teen Gym, Squash Coaching for Juniors and Seniors and Helen O’Grady Drama Academy.
